Preparing for Sculptra
Never stop any doctor-recommended prescriptions, but note that reducing alcohol and over-the-counter medications or supplements, such as ibuprofen, NSAIDS, and fish oil, up to one week before treatment can help minimize bruising and swelling post-treatment.
Post-Care for Sculptra
Be sure to sleep with your face up and your head elevated for 1 to 2 days to minimize swelling. If you do happen to experience swelling, feel free to gently apply a cold compress to the area!
